Admissions in Bangladeshi Private University - PREMIER UNIVERSITY BANGLADESH

Eligibility:

To get admission to under graduate program a candidate must comply the following requirements:


Candidate must have obtained at least second division/GPA 2.5 in both SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations or GPA 6 combined but score not less than GPA 2 in any individual examinations are eligible for admission to under graduate program.


Students who have passed at least 5 papers in G.C.E ‘O’ level and 2 papers in ‘A’ level may also apply provided they have at least ‘5’ points. “O” level and “A” level points are calculated on a 4 points scale (A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1).


For all other foreign certificate the university’s equivalence committee will determine the equivalences






Application Procedure:


A candidate should apply for admission to under graduate Program on a prescribed application form available at Premier University Information desk, on payment of Tk. 500/- (Taka five hundred) only.


Admission Test:


Admission test for each department, separate written & viva admission test is taken. Generally English test is compulsory for every department. But students of science/engineering faculty have to appear in test for mathematics, physics & chemistry. Students aspiring for admission into Business faculty have to appear for math & accounting besides English language.






ADMISSION FORM:


Application forms are available at Admissions Office of 1/A,O.R. Nizam Road, Prabartak Circle,Panchlaish,Chittagong,Bangladesh for Tk.500. It must be filled with attested transcript copy in properly and signed by the applicant and his/her parent/guardian.
