ADMISSIONS / Admission Criteria

• To Be Considered For Regular Admission, an Applicant Should:

  • Have completed 10+2, a total of 12 years of education
  • Have demonstrated leadership potential and a commitment to work for positive social change
  • Have received an average of 60% of marks or equivalent grades in final examinations, including a minimum score of 60% on both English and mathematics exams.
  • Have participated in extra-curricular activities

  Transfer Students

  • Transfer students are encouraged to apply to AUW.  Transfer of credits will be decided upon evaluation by the Academic Committee.

  
  

       

 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

• Click on the Online Application link
• Click on REGISTER
• Fill up the form and click on Submit
• You will receive an email from AUW immediately in your given email id with your userid and Password
• Click on the Online application link given in the email, type the userid and password mentioned received by you in the email
• Click ‘SAVE’ button after completing each section
• The Online application form has Two sections, both section needs to be filled up for final submission of your application:

• i. My Application has 5 subsections

  a. Applicant’s Personal Information
  b. Contact and Family Information
  c. Siblings
  d. Majors/Areas of Interest
  e. Extra Curricular activities
  f. Attach Photo – photo must be .jpeg /.jpg format file size not more than 30 KB

• ii. Academic has 2 subsections

  a. 11th / 12th Grade or Equivalent Examination ( For upload of scanned copy or original marksheets file in PDF format file size less than 1.4 MB) – fill up details of 11th Grade examination if you are appearing for A Level/ HSC Level/ 12th Grade Examination , fill up details of A Level/ HSC/ 12th Grade Examination if you have already passed.
  b. 10th Grade or Equivalent Examination fill up details and upload your original 10th / O Level marksheet in PDF format file size less than 1.4 MB
• iii. Go to Dashboard and click on SUBMIT APPLICATION
  Once you click on SUBMIT Application, further changes in the application will be not possible. Please check your filled application carefully before click on SUBMIT APPLICATION button.

AT ANY POINT YOU CAN CLICK ON THE DASHBOARD LINK AND CHECK STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION

• Do keep the following documents before filling up your application:
  i. Passport size photograph with white background in .jpeg or .jpg format file size not more than 25KB
  ii. Scan copy of your educational documents in PDF format file size less than 1.4 MB  (Class Xth, XIth and XIIth (if passed) for International students who are not citizens of Bangladesh
